What can I sell or offer?
You can sell digital downloads, share free resources to collect leads, and offer bookable calls. Downloads can be PDFs, images, or text files. Only offer content you own or have permission to sell.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your Oak storefront gives you a page and a link to share with customers.
Do I own my content and products?
Yes. You keep ownership of everything you upload. Publishing on Oak gives us permission to host, display, and deliver your content to run your storefront. Read our Terms.
Will my founding price increase?
Your founding monthly price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, even if prices rise for new subscribers. If you cancel your founding plan, you won’t be able to get that price back.
How do I get paid?
Payments go to your connected Stripe account. Oak doesn’t hold your money. You manage payouts in Stripe once your funds are available; Stripe handles when they reach your bank.

How are customer payments handled?
Customers pay through Stripe checkout. Oak doesn’t receive or store their full card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What customer information does Oak collect?
Oak collects the details requested at checkout, such as names and email addresses, along with order and delivery records. We use them to fulfill purchases, manage bookings, and provide support. Read our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Go to Account → Manage billing or cancel, then complete the cancellation in Stripe. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a charge. If you cancel your founding plan, you won’t be able to get that price back.
Can I delete my products or close my account?
Yes. You can delete products from your dashboard or close your account in Account. We keep some records for existing orders and legal or security reasons. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Will Oak find customers for me?
