Before you start

You need a MyOakStore account and a Zoom account. You also need to connect Google Calendar and set your availability to take bookings; Zoom provides the meeting link. Zoom is currently available only to eligible early-access accounts. If you see “Zoom · Coming soon”, use Google Meet for now or contact support. Your Zoom plan’s meeting limits still apply.

Connect your account

  1. Sign in to MyOakStore and open Calls → Availability.
  2. In the Zoom section, choose Connect Zoom.
  3. Sign in to the Zoom account you want to use, review the requested permissions and approve the connection if you agree.
  4. Return to MyOakStore and check that the Zoom section says “Connected as” with the email address you expected.

Use Zoom for bookings

In your call product’s Availability step, choose Zoom under “Which meeting platform would you like to use?”, connect Google Calendar if prompted, set your available hours and complete the other required details. Publish your changes when you are ready to take bookings. MyOakStore creates a Zoom meeting for each booking. Rescheduling updates its meeting, and cancelling removes it. Open the booking in Calls to find its meeting link.

Disconnect or remove access

In Calls → Availability, find Zoom, choose Disconnect and confirm. Your Zoom calls stop taking bookings until you reconnect or switch them to Google Meet. Disconnecting does not delete existing Zoom meetings. Manage any upcoming meetings in Zoom if needed.

To revoke access from Zoom, open Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, find My Oak Store and choose Remove. Follow Zoom’s confirmation steps.

Reconnect the same Zoom account to resume managing its existing bookings; another account may be blocked while booked calls or meeting cleanup remain.

If something goes wrong

If the connection was declined or expired, return to Calls → Availability and start Connect Zoom again. If Zoom shows “Invalid redirect” or another authorization error, contact support with the error text; do not send the full authorization URL. If you see Coming soon, your account does not currently have Zoom access. If a meeting link is missing, open its booking in Calls and follow the message shown; contact support if it remains unresolved.

Data and permissions

MyOakStore reads your connected Zoom account’s email and plan and creates, updates and deletes meetings for your bookings. Disconnecting removes stored connection credentials; meeting links and Zoom account references remain with booking records so existing bookings can be managed after reconnection.
